Apple Biscuits
Before I created my bake only (and eat it) once a week rule, I made these over the weekend. They were really quick and easy and made with...canned biscuits!

Ingredients: can of flaky biscuits
1/2 green apple chopped
3 T apricot jam
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
cinnamon
Directions: Divide biscuits into 6 (buttered) muffin tins. Mold to the shape of the muffin cups. Place 1/2 T apricot jam in the center of each biscuit. Melt butter in a saucepan, add sugar. Do not dissolve sugar, and remove from heat. Place chopped apples on top of the jam and pour equal amounts of butter sugar mixture over each one. Sprinkle with walnuts and then cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
